Dust Ignition Proof LED Explosion Light is a safety-certified lighting fixture specifically engineered for dust-heavy explosive environments. It is applied in metallurgy, chemical processing, grain storage, power plants, and industrial production facilities under Zone 21 and Zone 22 dust conditions. Features an integrated die-cast heat sink with thermal conductivity and dissipation capabilities; it effectively keeps the operating temperature within a safe range, thereby ensuring the fixture's longevity. Customers choose it to meet strict industrial safety regulations and improve operational reliability in dusty environments. We provide sealed optical structures, anti-static materials, and certified explosion-proof performance. OEM/ODM support includes housing design, optical angle, and dust protection level customization.
