Flameproof Industrial LED Explosion Proof Light is a heavy-duty flameproof lighting fixture engineered for extreme industrial safety applications. It is applied across petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, chemical plants, railways, aviation, and large industrial facilities, suitable for Zone 1/2 gas and Zone 21/22 dust environments with IIA/IIB/IIC gases and T1–T6 temperature classes. The housing is made of die-cast aluminum, providing excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation; it effectively keeps the temperature rise within a reasonable range, ensuring the fixture's longevity. Customers choose it to reduce explosion risks and comply with industrial safety standards. We offer reinforced flameproof enclosure design, anti-corrosion materials, and stable optical output. OEM/ODM supports certification customization, structure reinforcement, and project-specific engineering design.
